In the case of an emergency when the surgery is closed, you should still ring the surgery on 020 8651 1222. Calls received then will be diverted to our out-of-hours provider who will ask about your symptoms and will be able to arrange for you to be seen by a doctor or other health care professional as appropriate. If your problem is of a non-urgent nature they will be able to offer you self-care advice or advise you to contact the surgery when it opens.

Do you need a GP appointment outside of working hours or a nurse appointment but can't make it to the surgery during the week? Our GP hub at Farley Road offers additional access to phone and in-person GP appointments from Monday to Friday, 4.00pm to 8.00pm, and on Saturdays from 9.00am to 5.00pm.
We also offer Saturday morning practice nurse appointments for various services, including asthma reviews, diabetes reviews, COPD reviews, contraceptive pill checks, DEPO, smears, injections, child and adult immunisations, dressings, and ECGs.
Appointments can be booked via AskFirst or by calling 111. If you're one of our registered patients, our reception team can book an appointment for you if you're unable to do so online.
