    Covid-19 vaccinations will be provided through a range of local NHS services. The vaccines will be available to everyone over 18 years old. People will be invited for vaccination based on a nationally set priority list.

Coronavirus – staying safe in surgery

While we appreciate that restrictions to protect against Coronavirus are now being removed, we have vulnerable patients in surgery and we’d like to continue protecting them as we have done since the start of the pandemic. Therefore, please:

Continue to wear a face mask while in the surgery

Don’t attend the surgery with Coronavirus symptoms unless you have discussed this with a clinician.

If you have tested positive for Covid, please do not attend the surgery unless asked to by a clinician.

Please note due to the current situation in relation to the Coronavirus you will be offered the choice for your routine appointments, we are offering face to face appointments and telephone triage, if you are attending the surgery please note you will be required to wear a face mask or shield unless you are exempt.

If you need to speak with a GP or Nurse please call the surgery on 0208 651 1222 and ask for telephone advice.

We are and have remained open throughout the pandemic, we are here for you if you need to see a gp or nurse, please download any of the following apps https://www.mygp.com/ or https://www.patientaccess.com/ or https://www.nhs.uk/apps-library/nhs-app/ where you can book on line, view your medical records or order a repeat prescription.

Following the announcement about the new traffic light system for international travel, find out more about how to you will be able to demonstrate your coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination status on the government website. Please do not contact the practice about this, as we cannot provide letters showing your COVID-19 vaccination status.

From Thursday 15th July 2021, please call the national booking system on 119 to book your COVID vaccine. If you have a general query such as details for test centres, vaccination sites or about having the vaccine, please call 0208 683 6739 or visit https://www.cgpc.uk/croydon-vaccination-advice-hub for useful links to all COVID related questions.

Do not contact your GP surgery about your COVID-19 vaccination status. GPs cannot provide letters showing your COVID-19 vaccination status. For more information please visit gov.uk/demonstrating-your-vaccine-status
