location change for Central Croydon GP Hub and Extended Access service at East Croydon Medical Practice Posted or Updated on 23 Mar 2022

East Croydon Medical Practice is currently undergoing the significant expansion project and was temporarily relocated from its current premises to the Edridge Road Community Health Centre.

This development caused some disruption and changes to the Central Croydon GP Hub and Extended Access service which was provided at East Croydon Medical Practice, 59 Addiscombe Road, CR0 6SD.

Please note that GP Hub and Extended Access service is still open and accessible to patients.

The services are now provided from the adjacent building at 2 Brickwood Road, Croydon  CR0 6UL.
